Painted floors, doors, dressers and chairs. One of the easiest ways to add interest to a cookie cutter space is to add color. The glossy gray walls in this Miles Redd designed apartment are the perfect backdrop for the bold doors, fabrics and furniture. It's a little 90s, a little Lichtenstein, and a whole lotta fun. I must admit, I thought using bold, primary colors was a thing of the past (think house from Problem Child) but when mixed with traditional pieces like Louis XVI-style chairs, Wedgwood Jasperware, and Oscar de la Renta jewel toned ikats it feels very comic-book chic.
